I'm pretty certain Ramos is well off the top of the CB list for Spanish fans nowadays Mo. If he's not hand balling within the box he likes to entertain crowds by penalty fouling. Hell, with Piqué leaving in two years, that is one spot quite open for new options.

For me he will always be La Rioja's false 10. An experiment so wild #Boatengasastriker pales in comparison.

Yeah he's a fraud. Only a Champions League will change that for me.

With this 4-3-3 shit and Alonso, we're not even winning single games...

One thing that annoys me is how he goes out in the media saying there's no pressure in Munich, while his team is playing like shit. He better not be complacent here. These mediocre results shouldn't be accepted and, I hope, won't be accepted by the board.

FCB general wrote:Kovač prepared his team to fight against us. Eintracht did it very well. They used our weaknesses and deserved their point.

Lewandowski missed the crucial ball to close the match. Our central midfield doesn't look good and it's obvious how we need time to adapt on 4-3-3 which is totally different to our previous tactics in 4-4-2, 4-2-3-1 and Guardiola's systems. Our defense looks vulnerable because of the midfield. Aggressive approach is another thing I see missing to this Bayern.

Kimmich is awesome and he promises a lot in midfield. Elf doesn't need to be afraid for their future in the central midfield unlike the FB positions.

100% agree but if we talk about tactics, we need to talk about players. And using Alonso and Thiago against a fighting team away from Munich is crazy. And that is Ancelotti who use both every time no ? It's his choice. Not mine, not Guardiola.

We saw today with the same tactics and one sub (Sanches / Alonso) the game wasn't the same at all because every player has his own capabilities and different approch of the game.

Alonso + Thiago are players who like to control the game (and who control it badly, the first isn't young at all when the second is too lazy/lax time to time), even Guardiola who love to control the game stop using them both at the same time once Vidal was at a good level. If we want a more vertical Bayern, one of Thiago/Xabi is way enough. And I'm telling you : 0 of them would be the best for us.

Like I said before, I have no problem with a 4-3-3 even if I prefer a 4-2-3-1. I have a much bigger problem with the line-up he choose (problem we saw more easily away from Munich, exemple : in Schalke were their midfield eat us until Vidal and Kimmich took Alonso and Sanches places)

This team need balance. And there is no balance when Thiago and Alonso are on the pitch together whoever is the third player with them.

I stay on my thoughts : Vidal, Kimmich, Müller would be a terrific midfilder if Lewandowski and two wingers are in attacks.

If Müller is needed in attacks then : Thiago, Kimmich, Vidal.

PS : I know there are injury player now and before. But on what I saw until now. He doesn't project to make the choice I talk about. Sadly. :|
Bayern 3-3-3-1 build-up under Heynckes :
Neuer - Boateng Hummels Thiago - Kimmich Vidal Alaba - Robben Müller James - Lewandowski
Neuer- Boateng Vidal Hummels- Kimmich Martinez Alaba- Robben James Ribéry- Lewandowski

His papa wolf moment during the handbags around 60 minutes was adorable, though. :)

Then please, do it, or change systems already... THIS won't get us anywhere... Except maybe if our goal is to be a laughingstock...
