It will be interesting, because in an interview with Sky Sports News HD said Ancelotti: "Every day I learn German, I now have time for that and I will hold my first press conference in German.." Pep Guardiola also joined three years ago so his service with the Reds.

Ancelotti is looking forward to the new job, but also know that a lot of work comes to him, the last he would try "to beat the great past season yet. I want my philosophy, bring in my methodology, but do not change too much because the team is just fantastic. I am very happy with the squad, to have the Bayern. They have played a great season, but of course it all comes down to make it even better in the coming season. "

In his biography, fans can read what Ancelotti emphasis already. He has seven rules for success at: educate the team to a successful offensive football, make for a pleasant working environment, maintain the team, transferred each responsibility, protect the club tradition, establish an "all-win-want-mentality" and always the clear identity a club to be aware. Values that are likely to be all considered high at Bayern.Ancelotti admits that he found appealing because of the atmosphere a return to the Premier League. "But I had just the opportunity to sign with Bayern and Bayern Munich is one of the best clubs in Europe. A great challenge for me, a new country, a new experience. That is why I am looking forward to be coach of Bayern. "

He's not at Bayern yet... you could've used the oppurtunity to insult him about his spells at RM and AC Milan, mention him Liverpool. :P

I planned to curse him for taking Kroos. Then I found out my department just had to set an exam at the same time as the signing. They just had to do it. :(
