Great :)

Not that great, was reported that the reason was because his son need surgery, so he had to return urgently to Italy where he was supposed to be treated (the child has diabetes since he was born), that was the reason provided by the family to the media, because Chilean Association just reported personal reasons. The big problem is that he was supposed to leave yesterday but some media are reporting that he is still in Chile and also he had been drinking until Monday Morning and last night according to witnesses and the Chilean association was just protecting him. At least he learned that if you drink, don't drive. If all this information is confirmed will be another scandal here, because is not a problem that he drinks or was released, but use your sick son (he really is) as excuse. I hope that all of this is a misunderstanding.

Maybe he was drinking BECAUSE his son is sick?! Could be there was no flight going out...
I mean that also adds a real human perspective to all of his bad boy actions... Let's hope everything goes fine for the kid and that he will soon be able to concentrate entirely on soccer again...

If it is true, I feel really sorry about his son. Diabetes is a big **** up and needs constant care.

If it's an excuse, it's a big no-no. I don't care if he has 15 girlfriends and does shitty stuff, but using your son's diabete to cover up your drinking problems is beyond acceptable

The issue about the health of the child is true, he had several surgeries in Italy due this problem, the lie was supposed to be that the kid had a complication these days. Vidal just claim this morning that is true and that he couldn't catch the flight yesterday, so he is flying today. The problem for him is that nobody here believes him after so many episodes of unprofessional behaviour.

Well, unless he did some major mistake like DUI or being drugged in public or something, we all know the board will support and defend him. I don't know if I remember kt correctly, but Uli attacked the prosecutor and said Breno was discriminated for nor speaking German or something like that, and the guy burned his house down

Well, still think he should not be drinking (regularly) during the seson - that's REALLY unprofessional...

Yeah but something the club has taken in account and considered before bidding for him. He drinks, he parties, we all knew that before he came here.

Doesn't mean the club can't ask him to leave the drinking part and remain healthy!

Juve tried to do that. Didn't work. Bayern knew that when they got him, it's not like the club thought Vidal was a cheeky Cinderella with a cute haircut that has never drinks anything but fine wine for dinner.
