Hope that's true.....
Maybe we want a good negotiation history with Schalke so that deal with neuer will work well!

I was surprised by this news. I don't think Schalke had been connected with Baumjohann, and I was expecting a loan. I hope this means we'll be getting some other young talent which plays in the offensive midfield position (such as Ozil :D)

2004 was a really weird year.

Greece won Euro2004
Oporto won the Champions League beating Monaco
Bremen kicked our ass in BL

the Red Sox won the world series after 86 years in 2004. baseball jerk here:P

A loan would have made more sense but that depends on whether we end up buying someone in the winter market or not. Also, Ribery will come back from injury so I would've seen very little opportunities for Baumjohann. Looking at it in a positive way we got him for free and now we cashed some money out of him in after just six months. Although I saw potential in him I'm not sure he was really Bayern material.

Can't we just get rid of Lell.. I'd let him go for free..

I like that we loaned Breno and Ottl, but I disagree with selling Baumjohann.
I think he deserved a better chance at Bayern, he could have been useful in the second half of the season. He's obviously a pretty talented player if he's going to Schalke..
Romero
Lahm - DVB - Badstuber - Contento
MVB - Schweinsteiger
Robben - Kroos - Ribery
