Slept after the first half, woke up in the 2nd half of extra time... surprise surprise 0-0 and RVP is still offside. hahahaha

Why did I not went for my guts? ](*,) I last minute believed Netherlands can pull off a win and overcome Argentina's talent for sucking life out of a game. #-o

Poor Netherlands, lost by a pen shootout again.

Another big "surprise" by one of the latin american teams. Losing 7 to 1 but hey, you like it when your latin american teams surprise you so you must have loved it. So far France and latin american teams have hardly been "what this game is about" . Latin american football is, at its best, nonstop diving, faking, complaining an fouls and, at worst, shrinks for mentally unstable babies who can't stop crying because of the pressure, turncoat fans and violence. Germany have now scored more world cup goals than any other team. Scoring more goals...now that is what this beautiful game of OURS is really about!

We haven't even won the world cup yet bro. I am proud American teams did well, both in the South and the North. USA finally interested in the sport, Costa Rica showing the world how to play with heart, Colombia dazzled us with some beautiful football too. Argentina showed toughness to make this final.

The good thing about this German team is the way they celebrate winning. They give each other a high five and are happy, but immediately back to work and stay humble. Football should be more like this as well.

Argentina for me is looking like Brazil. Just scraping through and being lucky. Let's hope for the same outcome against Germany as Brazil had

How he comes back sooner when he and Dante have to play for the 3rd place on 12th of July?

Dat name and surname - Alejandro SABELLA! What Prandelli couldn't do it, Sabella did.

Argentina is the oldest team by age in this WC and they sure play like one.

I don't expect a rout like Brazil but there are many weaknesses there that the team exploit. Di Maria is really important in ARG's attack and his connection with Messi must be stifled and we have done half the job.

WC FINALLLLLLLLLLLLSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS Woooooooooooooooooooooooo! \:D/

I am terrified even though I know Germany are stronger...it means nothing. & I have feeling that DiMaria will be in starring team.

Wow I'm proud of my country. A basketball nation and NEDvsARG is the no.1 trending in twitter behind a recent Grandslam win by a local team. =D> I hope I can one day, I can see my own team in the WC. I'll be able to relate to the tears of David Luiz. :P

I guess I'm happy the Dutch lost. I didn't want to see Robben lose the final against Germany. Don't be afraid of Argentina. They are not that good. Final score will be 3-0 Germany.

Luka poor guy. Ganz süß. Love Robben more and more. Sad he didn't get to win the world cup, kind of, but what a man. Taking care of his son instead of feeling sorry for himself. All the things he's come through, the growth and maturity he's displayed. The man is a true winner to me.

So. Who gets third place?

My money on the Dutch. Brazil was crushed, they are mentally probably a basket case.
