Scotland got off to a disappointing start to our qualification campaign after a 0-0 home draw against Serbia.

We really need ti win all our home games as we're in a group with Belgium, Serbia, Croatia, Macedonia and Wales. All teams which can beat us home and away.

So there is no chance we're qualifying, and there are a lot of calls for our head coach, Craig Levein to get the sack, as to be honest, we've regressed since he's taken over.
To all those, Over the years,
who have come to
Munich as strangers
and left as good friends.

I didn't like how he played. On the first half about the time the game started he had quite a few chances to cross inside the box but he took too long and defenders caught up with him. Then halfway through the game and up until the end he was flipping Altintop ( ) like Ribery on steroids, but when it came to pass the ball always ended in Turkey's defense. I am afraid the Netherlands are not the same team that blasted thorugh Africa '10. LvG was lucky to have won this one; a draw and even a loss would have been a fairer result.

EDIT: He played LW again...

I will go there and put up MASSIVE support for Malta!

Soccer-whos? 2-1 baby! Woke up from my nap - 1-0. Few minutes later something of a Stoke-Chelski-Gladbach counter as Element said and a very good near post cross by Odai Al-Saifi to have Amer Deeb ROCKET one into the top corner from 2 yards out :P :P :P . Still a poor performance at the end, the last 15 minutes are always our Uh-oh zone, Amer Shafi' was the only one remotely near full concentration near the death and luckily so, he made some adequate saves! Still euphoric expecting a 2-0 loss at best, but Adnan Hamad must teach them to guard against complacency, or we're screwed against a more persistent opponent.
Jesus saves, but Kahn does it better ;)

Bearing in mind the a**l annihilation in Japan (6-0 :S), it's all good. Also, how does Japan have 1 more played than everyone else?

Meanwhile, Lebanon's best hope of qualifying is scraping through the group stage in 3rd place, winning the playoff against-from the looks of it- either Jordan ( ) or Australia and finally winning the INTERCONTINENTAL PLAYOFF against the weakest ( Well the 5th strongest) team South America has to offer. Needless to say, the road to Brazil is a steep climb .

Well not if Korea kicks everyone else's ass, and the other teams manage to draw against each other :P We only need to somehow manage a win and a couple draws to get that 2nd place. Plus, maybe by the time we meet Korea again they'll be fielding their C team after securing 1st place :D
