Last time we won away was in way back in 1993 vs Qazi's Estonia :D
With more luck we could have had 2 / 3 more pts, however well done to our NT Forza Malta

True, we have deserved at least a point in many of our matches so far, including against Italy. Hopefully these will not be our only points.

What a horrible performance by Croatia at home against Scotland.

Mandzukic was very very tired from the first minute even though he made some good things. Scotland scored a lucky goal in the first half and defended the whole match while Croatia couldn't create almost any single goal chance

unbelievable ... and we (Malta) won against them last Fri in Armenia...
On a diff note, I've just finished watching Ecuador - Argentina 1-1. Argentina scored after 4 mins from a generous penalty. Ecuador managed to equalize soon after... But two things struck me most, the numerous chances missed by Ecuador they had more then 8 clear cut chances and the horrible act by Mascherano [-X While being transported on the stretcher (he was just having a rest) he kicked won of those transporting him! [-X Thank God he was sent off...

And to totally piss ME (probs Ele too) off, Jordan lost 4-0 vs Australia.
What a f*ck up, feeling like blaming it on Adnan, every decision he could get wrong, he did.
And our right back, new Lahm.
Adnan Addous, was he? What a joke.

Why? He only kicked a minimum wage employee twice for driving him out of the pitch without wasting more than the six minutes it took his entire charade to go on for so they could clinch one point from the lousiest game in the history of Argentinian World Cup qualifiers.

I must say after watching Brazil in the Confederations cup yesterday, I'm unimpressed.
the 3-0 scoreline is misleading. They stumbled their way into the victory. Their movement was a decade old, their defending was downright reckless and a proper, disciplined and tactically aware team will tear them a new one.
Not to mention that for some reason they choose to play Luiz over Dante, because **** you logic.

I don't think Brazil's got it in them, actually. Behind Spain, Italy and Argentina have to be the ones with a good shout - Italy because it's waht they do and Argentina because hell, they gotta get it right once with all that talent up front. Then come Germany (unless Löw somehow "disappears" soon), Brazil, France, the lot...
