True! But somehow you have to get the upper hand - as I said this is not war, it's a game - and one that should unite rather than be abused for pointless violence...
Thanks for nothing, :pep: !!

Exactly. I'd rather they were thrown out by their own shitness than anything out of their control!

Why? England would be able to say that they haven't been eliminated in an international tournament for the first time since 1966 :P

all these games are were at risk... there were already violence prior to the Turkey - Croatia match and even before this game to be played now... the others are the following...GERMANIA-POLONIA

He was not allowed to speak at the coffin and to read from the Koran... And he wanted to put some cloth in it... Which led to himdeparting for Turkey before the ceremony even started...

@MUTU:

Well, the question is:for what reasons did they turn their backs? Even if it was only for the money: if their descendants dudn't start to love their new home at least a little bit it is neither their home, nor did they integrate well... That could still partly be the new country's fault... But I think they should reconsider their new home... If they still root fir their old home THAT much, they should be asking themselves why they left in the first place... And even if it was only for the wealth, every human who is not dumb **** should be realizibg something
Thanks for nothing, :pep: !!

They didn't assimilate... you're missing that very important point...

Let me ask you the war thing again since you brought it up first.

Let's say your grandparents lived in Turkey. They decided to turn their backs on Turkey and go to Germany, because they like it more. They have kids, in Germany. These kids get married, and they give birth to you. You're a 3rd generation German. You are born in Germany. You go to school, in Germany. You talk to your friends in German. You go to German shops. You watch German TV. You don't have school on German holidays, or when you're at work.

Your brothers are there, with you. So are your cousins etc.

Then suddenly, war breaks out between Germany and Turkey.

Do you:

A) Go to Turkey and drop bombs on your own house and shoot at your neighbours, relatives and friends, just because grandparents (who maybe even died before you were born) used to live there before they chose better life in Germany?
or B) Fight for Germany, the country that formed your life, and kill strangers who speak in a different language but perhaps look a bit more like you physically?

unfortunately that is what some do... Most terrorists were born in europe and than they come back to thank the country which adopted them and their family...

My point is that you just don't wake up one day and say out of nowhere that you're Italian or whatever... if your family is 99% of one nation, you belong to that group too... mixed marriages are more complicated, father's name used to play a major role there nevertheless but not anymore.
