We are starting a tradition in those awards. In 2006 it was Podolski, now it will be Muller :).

That is a clear sign that we have very good talents.

Can't agree more... Choosing anyone other than Mueller would be absolutely unfair...

Here's an interesting article about Thomas Mueller being the best young player of the tournament:

Among all the candidates for the Golden Ball, I think only these 3 really deserve winning it:

1. Bastian Schweisteiger
2. Sneijder
3. Xavi

Of course all of them are great players... But I think these three were the most influential players in the tournament...
Unfortunately... BS may have a smaller chance, because we are not in the Finale :(

I don't think that Iniesta played in really top level in this WC, but Forlan was a true leader.
He was a major factor that Uruguay came so far in this WC. Great mentality and leadership capabilities.

I hope Kroos develops all these abilities. Imagine someone like him besides Muller/Klose with Robbery on the sides :D

Yeah... I agree... Forlan could be added to my list, too...
But Iniesta is far from his best form after his injury... He didn't perform great in the WC...

p.s. I think Bastian's chances has decreased with his mistake today...
But the team were playing too offensive and players were not around him...and in the weather conditions like today he was not really too much at fault...

The winner is going to be a "Final Match" one. I don't think that a player who doesn't play in the finale has any chance to get that award.
