Europa league Play-offs! Or... Whatever. Nobody cares. (Okay, I'm watching AZ Alkmaar vs Anzhi, but I'm desperate :( )

CL winners AUTOMATICALLY qualify. No if,and,or but.

IIRC, Liverpool had to qualify but not sure.

That's because they finished fifth behind Everton.

There was no precedence of it before where the winners failed to qualify. So they let 5 English teams qualify and changed the rules for the subsequent years.

It's been a good game so far. I'm surprised Hearts have been doing so well.

Tynecastle is a great stadium, always an intense atmosphere. The stands are very steep and all 18,000 supporters are over the top of the players. I love going there. Though it does stink of the brewery which is right beside it.

Borini with a worst post than all of mine combined to end the first half. Good show!

Would've been easier to try and round the keeper. I believe he has the agility, pace, and composure to round it. Why he was an ass and chose to shoot, no one quite knows!

It can still be a good game of football. Both team's going at each other. Dodgey defences. You don't get many games like these.
