That Senna documentary looks so good they didn't even need to do any CG... Very interesting.

A guy uploaded Batman's teaser trailer 5 days ago. By today, the flic has been seen 2 million times...

I went to see Horrible Bosses last night and It is a reasonably good film.

An easy way to spend an hour and a half.

Made a lot easier by Jennifer Aniston, who is stunning in the film!

The Wire is really really good. Enjoy watching it a lot. Also like the end credits song. Almost as good as Breaking Bad. Thanks for the suggestion. :)

SUPER 8

I went to see this in the cinema last night.

I really don't know what to say about it. It is typical JJ. Abrahms who is Director (one of the creators of TV series LOST) as in there was a lot of suspense and a bit of guess work, and a few references to LOST trough the film (very last scene , you can see a shop called James Locke who was one of the main characters in LOST). It was also very typical Speilberg who is a producer, with basically a group of young kids, fighting through adversity, with a hidden message of tolerance and understanding.

However, I think it lost it's way a bit as I still have no idea why it was called Super 8, and some of the concepts just didn't really make too much sense. But overall, it was an OK watch. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, but I wouldn't discourage someone against going.

7/10

I just watched Scarface, for God knows which time, the film is legendary what else can I say, otherwise I'm a fan of crime movies. I enjoy watching movies such as: The Godfather, Carlito's Way, Once Upon a Time in America, Dog Day Afternoon, . . .

Damn, finished watching The Wire  Best series ever! Takes number 1 spot. Better than Breaking Bad!

After watching the extras, found out that there were actors portraying their real selves like The Deacon. This guy got busted for selling drugs by the producer or creator of the show who was a real detective in Baltimore City and spent 16 years in prison. Then The Deacon became a real churchman as portrayed in the series. Well he really changed if he accepted to work under the guy who busted him! Then, there is 'Snoop', Felicia 'Snoop' Pearson who spent four years in jail for second degree murder.

Great characters played by great actors. I really liked the performance of Idris Elba (Stringer Bell), Wendell Pierce (The Bunk) and Micheal Kenneth Williams (Omar Little). Last one is the baddest villain ever on TV :P.

Every season has its own theme. I really enjoyed the political aspect and the education system.

The only negative is that it is in 4:3 aspect ratio and standard definition. If there is one series you have to watch it definitely should be The Wire.

Thanks again Aequitas1987 :D

I also finished watching The Wire...I watched the whole series from beginning to the end in just 2 weeks or maybe less:)

This show is one of the best if not the best I ever watched...it is just so realistic and shows how everything is corrupt and connected...politics, police, school system, drug dealing, real estate, smuggling etc...

"Follow the money and you will find dirt" - this quote says it all.

Every actor played his part to the perfection...

Omar Little
Frank Sobotka
Bunk
Bubbles
Mcnullty
Ziggy [he was really annoying but his acting was great]

Now I am watchin Braking Bad and It is not nearly as good as The Wire:)

Did you watch the 3 prequel shorts of The Wire ? When Mcnulty first met Bunk, they became best buddies instantly.

Glad I could recommend the best show ever (by a long shot) to other people. Everyone deserves to watch this series.

My fav character was actually

Lester Freamon

followed by Stringer Bell and Bubbles and Mcnulty.
