What do you like about football?

I wanted to be positive :P

I like when a youngster is introduced to the first team and he either score or else makes a sensational performance.

No commercial breaks. I don't watch TV nowadays but that is one of the things I hated when watching basketball.

A combination of play that's almost telepathic that makes me drop my jaw and ask, "how did they do that?"

And anything that just leaves me, "football, bloody he'll! "

Clubs like Soton, Augsburg, etc makes me not lose hope in football's soul.

A club with traditions and doesn't forsake them for success.

Players with personalities (not too much or bordering on idiocy) . You know not those PR controlled to within an inch of the lives.

Interacting with different people in all walks of life and having football as your common interest. Here in my country, just meeting another football fan randomnly is quite rare.

Against all odds comebacks. Not something extremely undeserved and lucky like Chelsea's, but something like '99 (although that too was undeserved seeing as we hit the post multiple times) is beautiful (if we weren't on the wrong side).

EDIT: Even wins so unbelievable you would never ever predict them (Germany-Brazil, Bayern-Barca)
Super Bayern! Super Bayern! Hey! Hey!

FC Bayern ( winning )

Champions league KO phase..

Atmosphere in the stadiums

Sold out stadiums

Comebacks ( but not against us )

Underdogs beating the Oil clubs..

Surprise of the year teams like Augsburg, Gladbach etc.

Adrenaline and excitement in close matches ( Like Real - Bayern in 2013 )

Last minute goals ( in our favor hehe )

Matches that go up and down ( doesnt have to involve Bayern )

Failing hyped kids

Everything anti Penaldo

Emotions in winning or losing important matches/titles

Down to earth guys like Muller, Alaba etc who despite winning almost everything are still being their own personality.

Bayern farewell's in the AA or Olympiastadion ( like Kahn, Scholl, Hitzfeld etc )

Oil and shjeik clubs losing in general.

Great goals ( FK's, out of play/combinations etc )

Traditions, were a team is a family and not just some money machine

Clubs who built themself by working hard, not loaning and buying everything.

etc etc..

Atmosphere and support of fans that come together. Whether its the FIFA world cup, Euro, UCL or domestic titles. The clubs and players always say- without the fans, there will be no club. There's the faithful legends/one club players who provided their services to football and we respect them for what they've done to the game. As much as we enjoy seeing great goals- we must also praise the goalkeepers and defenders for their work on defence and also entertaining us fans. We like football clubs that invest and assist in their own fans in any way to make the trip worth enjoying regardless of win, draw or lose, rather than those who give no respect to the fans and treat the fans like cash cows and control the fans like nannys in no standing up etc. (Insert Uli's famous quote here about the ticket pricing)
FC Bayern, Stern des Südens, du wirst niemals untergehn...

Mehmet Scholl once offered a mixtape CD to Oliver Kahn. Kahn replied: Do you want me to shoot myself? Keep your crap to yourself.

I strongly recommend Kahn & Schmeichel interview. Videos have 12-15 parts, but it's worth to watch these two great legends what do they say about football today and 20-30 years ago, stadiums, fans and atmosphere, goalkeeper position, etc.

Last week I saw them in one Werbung together on Kabel 1 during the HT break.
