I may be wrong as I've never owned one but I think they have excellent after sales service. You'd have to go through the hassle of posting it to them but I've heard of them giving free replacements unless I'm confusing it with some other company.

Alternatively you can always find unofficial phone repairers in Malta.

Does any of you guys have an Samsung Note 4 ?
I'm having lots of problems with the battery lately.The phone turns off unexpectedly with enough battery left, won't fully charge, etc.
I don't know if I have damaged the battery or it's because of the new Android OS updates.Because that's when it started happening.
I already tried the Factory Reset but with no luck.

I had a Galaxy S4 and I had a similar problem a couple of years ago. It used to switch off on its own and either refuse to reboot for a few minutes or else did so on its own multiple times before settling down. Not phone-breaking, but annoying. From what people told me, it's a common problem with Samsung phones. :/

If your phone is rooted, try battery calibration.

Check task manager to see the usage of cpu or disk. SSD or HDD?
