I still stand by this, there is a big gap between the World Top 3 and Andy Murray.

This sport seems interesting. There's also the 'International Rules' version; Aussie Rules vs Gaelic Football (Australia vs Ireland) which has a mix of both sports rules.

Wow. Three things to note:

1- I feel sorry for the referee. Poor bastard has to follow "unfollowable" rules.
2- I am astonished by the number of fans watching the game. Wow.
3- Ribery would love that game, especially that shoulder-to-shoulder hit ;)

Also the stamina needed. Most of the players, especially the midfielders have to constantly run and the pitch is much larger. I watched part of a match and there was a player who punched another player in the stomach and it's as if nothing happened apart from the referee brandishing a yellow card. If it were in football, the player would be rolling on the floor for 10 meters, physios all over the pitch, stretcher, players fighting, all hell would break lose.

I'm a beast at pickleball, an alternative for shoddy tennis players. Actually, I'm quite bad at pickleball as well.
I heard Nadal got eliminated though.

I really like watching tennis. My favourite players are Janko Tipsarevic, Ernests Gulbis, Andrea Petkovic and Agnieszka Radwanska :D

I watch tennis since 11 years when Sampras won the US open 2002 his last grandslam
My fav player was Marat Safin and Nalbandian both are very skilled and talented but so injury prone and not always serious , also Tommy Haas
Also Davenport was my fav player in the WTA
but now I don't watch regularly as all my fav players no longer exist, only from time to time and from these elite generation I love Nadal

I watch it from time to time. Not that big of a regular watcher. I prefer mostly the difficult seeded games.
Too many sports to put my head intthem.

I'm a big Federer and Sharapova fan. I love them both, of course, in different ways.
I have seen much of Sampras and Hingis on TV(replays) plus Youtube.
Martina Hingis is my all time favourite WTA star.

I started watching a few of Djoker's games last to last year when he almost had decided that he's not gonna let anybody else win shit.
That ba*tard.
His and Roddick's impersonations of other players are so hilarious.

Never been a Nadal fan. :P I respect him though but I wish he doesn't break Fed's record. :(

Though I've never played lawn tennis and I probably won't. In video games, yes. :P
I have always been more of a badminton fan than a tennis fan.
I'm trying out my hands on bowling now. :D

I've decided to learn some more about tennis because there's a football break. I found this video pretty funny.

I think that competition lost a lot of credibility when Armstrong won 7 titles in the midst of a 'roid rage.
