It's not a name, I would say it's a joke. He used to be "Ron Artest" but decided to change his name to Metta World Peace, because he thinks changing his name will inspire and bring youth together all around the world.

I'm watching the Modern Pentathlon at the Olympics. I like the multi-discipline events.

Apparently 7 time Tour de France winner Lance Armstrong has given up fighting against the US Anti Doping Agency's charges, he cud find himself with a lifetime ban and all his titles stripped away if proved guilty

Update*

The US Anti-Doping Agency has just stripped Lance Armstrong of his 7 Tour de France titles and banned him from cycling for life......

Sebastian Vettel has just become the youngest 3 times world champion in Formula 1 with Michael Schumacher having his last day in F1 today. Great day to be a Vettel fan \:D/ .
Here (at his club of six years Bayern Munich) it is always good, here I am happy and here it's fun. That is more important for me than the national team.

My beloved Pittsburgh Steelers (NFL Football) won a big divisional game Sunday, against their archrivals the Baltimore Ravens, with their 3rd string quarterback Charlie Batch. Probably the last game of "old Chuck's" career and what a way to go out! Big Ben Roethlisberger should be back next week for the playoff push.

Here We Go Steelers, Here We Go!!!
Reggie Jackson (of the 1977 NY Yankees) when asked, "What's the biggest thing you've noticed (about the team) since being injured?" " The magnitude of ME!"
