One of the most expensive and exclusive places in my country... many famous people visited it, the next guest will be Bobby De Niro.

Despite measuring 900 metres by 630 metres, Valletta boasts over 25 churches, a testament to the centuries-old ingrained Catholic faith of the Maltese. In fact, the first building that went up in the city is the Church of Our Lady of Victories along South Street, which commemorates the lifting of the Great Siege. [source]

I'd love to see that

Really? What for?

Btw I'm pretty sure you've gone on a tour I went on last summer because whenever I post photos from any of those places you say you've been there. :) I am not a fan of tours at all and usually always travel alone but I really enjoyed this one. The tour leader happened to be an old family friend who incidentally had also been the tour leader on the only other tour I've been on 15 years ago (to Bavaria). In fact, when we were at the Rhine Falls just before going to the airport, he asked to take a photo with us (usually it's people asking to take photos with him :P ).

Someone from the club might visit.

I did not go on the boat though (that would have been much more impressive) ... I can still listen to the noise of the falls - Amazing force of nature.

We went there through a tour booked from Hinterzarten - Freiburg am Breisgau. I remember the tour included Mainau and Kostanz.
But no we were there on our own. I traveled mostly by train. (and it was free)

Ah I see. Like I said, alone is always better. Even figuring out how to travel becomes a lot of fun :) I stayed at Villingen-Schwenningen and the main places visited were Triberg, Titisee, Freiburg, Stuttgart, Mainau, Konstanz, Europa Park (Germany), Strasbourg, Colmar (France), and the Rhine Falls (Switzerland).

I didn't have time to do the boat ride either, although I did at Titisee and a number of other places apart from these which I visited last year, Unfortunately, it was raining heavily during the boat ride in Titisee (see photos). I flew from Malta to Zurich and eventually when broke away from the tour when it ended and flew from Zurich to Brussels, but I didn't see anything else in Switzerland. I'll definitely go back some day on my own and explore it well. :) At the moment my next trip is very likely to be to Ireland though.

Colmar is very beautiful. It was raining a bit when I visited (tqattar) and I think that made it even nicer. Later on that day we visited Freiburg and I experienced the heaviest rain and strongest winds I have ever been in in my life so far. It's funny because Freiburg is apparently the driest city in Germany. :D
