We've got loads do you want some? We can swap weather for a few days. What about the 25th-29th August when the England cricket team are (weather permitting) playing in Leeds?

Really?
TBH I don't want rain but some five degrees less is just enough...

Last night I was at a barbecue by the sea and with the wind and cooler temperatures it was cold. I was the only one with a tshirt. The others had long sleeved hoodies and were still feeling cold. So a massive difference!

Very very true. I was at a bbq(by a pool) as well and it was pleasantly cool...

When while taking a shower you learn that the gas cylinder has finished and you have to go down in the garage, carry it up (at least with the lift) & replace it...

How come? The one for the instant heater? (Stove or BBQ just doesn't make sense in this context...)

No , the one we use to cook.
The frustration is cause you will get dirty and sweaty again... (you have to remember how hot and humid our summers are)

Yeah we're old school in that regard. But with the quality of our roads, probably better.

When you're frustrated, think about how better off you are compared to other people. I bet millions of Jews hoped the gas would run out whilst taking a shower.

... OK, I'll show myself out.

Spoiler: show
Disclaimer: I don't condone Nazism or any form of racism, but this dark humour joke couldn't be left untold. It was only meant in jest and I hope nobody got offended.

... erm ... my water heater is an electric one...
My frustration was that after showering I was going to get dirty again... being this humid and warm summer.

You could have used a less creepy example... like the gas used in WW1
