It's shallots, garlic, dijon mustard, Teryjaki, Salt and herbs to taste (I only put in very little thyme) - and you don't have to go easy on the salt...

AAAAND I'm really having trouble thinking, finding a fusion-type kind of recipe... :P

Lol damn I totally forgot - I cooked this completely random duck breast dish instead last Saturday :P

I'm really busy this week with deadlines too, so how about we get some dishes posted by this weekend instead? It won't fit any theme, but I'm happy to still do Italian-German if you'd like to go with it.

Still have to think about a German-Italian dish... :D (Any ideas on your half? All I can think of is tortellini with cream&ham - you could use beef ham - sauce... Which I kinda "created" myself, but it's pretty simple and I think they have a similar dish... And I also "created" chicken breasts gratinated with tomatoes and mozzarella... Also rather simple... :P )
Will do... Don't know about the time yet though, maybe I have to go for next week instead of the weekend (lots of stuff in the fridge I have to take care of first :P :D   )

Yeah anytime! One of my favourite ideas is some kind of risotto, maybe make them into cakes, and with that some sort of roast meat with tomato-based gravy made into a sauce. But I have some other ideas too.

Funny you mentioned that because I'm the same, indeed one of my first instincts after the draw was to look up Portugese food on Google and YouTube
