Ordering from FCB online shop.

Postby Rauntšik » Wed Dec 18, 2013 4:58 pm

Hello.
I wanted to ask you, if anyone has bought anything from the Bayern's online shop? (shop.fcbayern.de)
I ordered myself a few things, when there was the -10€ discount (6.dets).
Everything was okay and the order was in transit in a few days.
Now it's back to "being processed", because one of the items isn't available anymore, but it was available at the moment of ordering.
12 days later, it's still being processed and I haven't got a reply to my email, that I sent them on monday.
I've sent them a new email, I hope they reply to that.
Is it normal or should I do something about that?

If I remember correctly there used to be an option when checking out where you choose whether you want all your items sent in one go or if you want them to send them separately should an item become unavailable. Did they change that?

If anyone wants to order from there i have a coupon code for 5€ off just pm me for it, just recently bought a knit hat at the store and u get the coupon in your bag.
Statistics are like miniskirts . What they reveal is tantalizing, but what they hide is crucial.

So, the hat and the puzzleball have left the logistic-centre to the DHL-thingy, which will bring them to me. Unfortunately it won't get here before Christmas day, so no gift for me this year. The poster will arrive when it becomes available again, so yeah :(

So, I got the hat and the puzzleball in January, but I will not get the poster.

"Dear Mr. Põld with regret we have to inform you today that we can not deliver the ordered items from wages sent. The item is sold out early due to high demand and despite all efforts, can not be delivered. We would like to inform you about it earlier, but have only now received the notification about the sell-off. If site want an alternative item, please notify us by e-mail or .... Thank you for your understanding."

So, this was my first order from the shop, I hope it wont be the last.

I suppose it was one of the items which were subject to availability... some items are never re-stocked. :(

I am also currently waiting for a shirt which was not shipped with the rest of the order due to unavailability. It should have been posted yesterday though.

I've been ordering since 2007 and never encountered any problems or if there were some were all tackled professionally.
However I do have a problem with my very last order; the allianz arena model came with 3 pieces missing. I've sent an email however I am still waiting for a reply

Yeah, it takes them ages to reply.
