Since 2000 years ago means that the Chartageens are not in the mix. So let start.
1.Romans (I hope that they are not counting the Byzantines seperatly)
2. Arabs
3. Normans
4. Anjouvines
5. Aragonese
6. Order of St.John
7. Rep of France
8. British Empire

I found the question ambiguous. They used the world "rulers" if I recall correctly, which to me means different people, so you would need to count each and every Grandmaster during the reign of the knights.

Heritage Malta is offering limited places at Mnajdra Temples for visitors wishing to experience the winter solstice on December 21.
At the Mnajdra Temples, one of the Neolithic temples built during the 4th and 3rd millennia BC, the South Temple was constructed to mark the position of the rising sun on the first day of each season. Visitors at Mnajdra will marvel at sunrise as the sun’s rays light up the very edge of a megalith found along the passage connecting the first pair of chambers to the inner chambers. Considering that the people who built the temples were farmers and their livelihood depended on agriculture, the changing seasons probably had a special significance. It therefore cannot be excluded that the winter solstice was a time for gatherings and celebrations, Heritage Malta said.
Interested visitors can purchase their tickets from all Heritage Malta museums and sites or online from Heritage Malta’s website http://shop.heritagemalta.org/ for €25 per person and €15 for Heritage Malta members. Participants will meet at the Ħaġar Qim and Mnajdra Visitor Centre at 5.45am.
Afterwards there will be a tour of the Visitor Centre and refreshments.
For further information about this event and other Heritage Malta’s news and activities visit the agency’s website, www.heritagemalta.org, or the Facebook page. [source]

Valletta City Gate kiosks given three weeks to clear out
Vendors refuse to say whether they have been given an alternative site [source]

no more '' fejn tal-cassettes'' or '' fejn tal-halib'' ...

They were ugly as hell but it was a landmark... I remember the pre mobile era (maybe from all the Maltese in the forum only fcbayernmunchen does not remember this era)

I remember the pre-mobile era... at least before they became an essential part of our lives and everyone owned one. I also very vaguely remember telephone boxes... I remember using one once, I think near Eden. We're lucky (if you see it that way) in that the 2000s in Malta were pretty much what were the 90s in the UK/US... so we got to experience that.

That said, I have no idea who the "fejn tal-cassettes" and "fejn tal-halib" refer to. The landmarks to me are "fejn il-funtana", "bieb il-belt" (Before it was demolished), and at most maybe "fejn tal-imqaret"

Tal cassettes was a small kiosk in front of the one which sells drinks cigarettes etc. The very first on the right hand side .
The tal halib was a bit further down.

Apparently we have some nasty guests living with us... Grobari (undertakers) , this is a group made up of Savages from Serbia who ''support'' Partizan.
Last week they fought with another group of savages this time Libyans for hours in a particular village.
Some sources are saying that the authorites are worried that there will be paybacks in the coming days ...
The Serbs are fighting other Serbs in the same area and other people hailing from the Balkans...
They bring their problems with them wherever they go,..

Once a person told me that Serbs think the following... If there is one person living in a village and he is Serb, that village is Serbia's and I think he was right,

At the moment apart from the many law abiding foreigners we have some garbage living among us and these are not the illegal immigrants but the legal aliens such as the Libyans and these Serbs.
