Gotta say MUTU's got a point... Ok, I agree... Still pissed at the **** Green party and SPD though (IMHO SPD has ruined way more than Merkel, who gets all of the blame though...)

My point is that this is first and foremost money for the children, who are given disadvantages wayy to much as it is...

That's a perfect example of a mature ending to a discussion/argument which is sickeningly rare in society. You earn my respect sir!

Germany has a real problem with birth rates, right? I can understand your viewpoint... those funds should go towards people having children

This can be achieved through tax rebates for every child supported.

makes sense and is probably a good policy. at the same time, if Germany wants to promote birth rates, they'll need to address more than just people's wallets...

Also, they Apostel don't have money for anything... So they'd at least take something else away elsewhere... If it was tax benefits for married couples the outcry would be H U G E...

Problem is not just the newborns (which btw is a side product if that protestant work ethos we are so famous for throughout the world - not JUST a stereotype... ), but also that way too many kids grow up in relative poverty, which makes educating harder and also kind of sets their path of life for them...

Our social system is a killer, but in order to support it there need to be enough young ones supporting the older ones - there's an imbalance, definitely...

She's serious about her faith and I can live with that - she's still open towards other opinions as we can see...

She lost her credibility long time ago, but among Protestants in Germany homos and lesbians are priests, so it doesn't make any difference.

It's been quite some time in her arschloch.

appatently Merkel said the following : '' It is not that there is too much Islam in Europe, the reality is there is too little Christianity left in Europe'.

It is kind of true. People raised Christian in Europe (and elsewhere) tend to find it easier to reject their faith. Islam is a different story because it dominates the cultures of its countries and often their governments.

and the Religion of Islam is slowly taking over thanks to the void being created.
This may be controversial, but the joys of liberals will be over in no time ... the moment that Islam will be the dominating Religion on the Continent.

They converted to religion of secularism/liberalism/atheism/human rights/genderism/LGBT/mainstream media. People in Europe are just unaware of their new faith and religion while they talk incredible shít to Christians, Muslims, Jews, Hinduists, Buddists forgeting that they aren't nothing better with their dogmas they want to force on everyone to recruit as much as they can.

You have to ask any real Christian is he a monotheist as he is or an unaware politeist. That would clear everything. Many people also don't understand that they already live in post-Christian Europe, although they are still talking about Christian states that don't actually exist for decades, except Vatican and partly Andorra. You can't sit on two chairs, serve two masters or fight for both sides. [-X
