Despite some people know 5 languages, yet aren't able to think and respond as fast as they do in their mother tongue. Schulz' French is awesome from what I've heard in a debate with Juncker. He lived there for some time and that helps enormely. English and Dutch are the same story as for a Portuguese speaking person who's speaking Spanish, Italian and French.
