More than 7000 thousand people entered Croatia till 12h. Complete catastrophe at Tovarnik, police is having a lot business. Meanwhile, those who came to Zagreb yesterday have made troubles today, throwing papers, food and stuff from one hotel, shouting "Freedom! Freedom!" and "We want Germany!" "Danke Angela Merkel!". One half naked guy started to threating and saying that he will someone, pointing on 2 TV guys who were recording situation with their cameras. One was hit with a stone in the head, police came and took guy back to hotel(surely not to police station).

So by now I guess more than 10-15 thousand people are in Croatia and some prognosis say that can transform into huge collapse in the next few days. In less than 2 days 15 thousand, that means in the next two weeks 100,000. The more, the better. Eastern Croatia has been left alone by central government to handle with this mess caused by Germany and France.

And yeah... More than 90% of those people in Croatia are men, military age and mature to fight in the Middle East.

The moment you realize that more than 2500 refugees fled Syria and came to Brazil...

I'm afraid they managed to escape the fire, but ended up getting in the frying pan ... :D

Just today more than 7000 people in place of 2500 inhabitants. Fear is present there, government completely immobile, catzo! Those registrated are located in Čepin near Osijek in tents and nobody doesn't control anything.

Complete anarchy in Eastern Croatia is about to happen when nobody won't control them. When you don't allow them a free move, they are becoming aggressive and violent like today in one Zagreb hotel.

In less than 48 hours in one poor region where nobody cares about that for the last 17 years and now this... Jesus, we are so blessed!

Danke Deutschland. :-"

Hindsight's 20/20. But I wonder what the world would be like if the Ottoman Empire still held everything together.

They will under a different name...

As a history note... The defeat in Malta was not the start of their decline but served the europeans in a positive way cause it showed that the Ottomans can also be defeated (cause up until then the ottomans have never tasted defeat in a maratime battle)
This lead the Christian league (a coalition between Christian states in which the Order of St John also took part) to win the battle of Lepanto 6 yrs after Malta's siege 1571.
This was a big turning point for the empire which never again tried to expand terrotry. Although they went on to conquer Cyprus some time later.
Then the big turning point came in 1683 when the ottmans were held and defeated at the gates of Vienna at the very heart of Europe..(the 1683 siege was the second attempt as another siege was done in 1529)
My apologies for those who found the above boring history stuff but maybe there will be one or two who might find it interesting:smile:

I do :) being Maltese I obviously know a bit more about the Great Siege than most here, but my knowledge is limited to those few months of fighting in Malta. I do not know much about the wider context except that it is considered a major victory as it stopped the Islamisation of Europe.

A Syrian friend of mine, her name is "Nawf Sattah" I met her on a facebook page for Bayern. Tried to reach Germany I think but drowned to her death just before reaching Greece. I got the news yesterday night and I still can't believe it. She was one of the biggest Bayern fans I knew. She wanted to see the Allianz Arena but that never got to happen. I don't know what to say. MiaSanNawf. RIP
