In Lebanon, people lose identity and you see flags every single corner. Brazil, Germany, Italy, Argentina & Spain are the most popular (in that order). And the biggest rivalry (sometimes leading to fights  ) is that of Brazil-Germany.

In Ghana, well it's only Ghana flags and people going mental on the streets for all the duration of Ghana's participation :D

Lot of Croatian flags in southern Germany - Stuttgart, Karlsruhe, München, Nürnberg, Augsburg... In all suburbs of the mentioned ie small towns, the Croatian community lives.

Baden-Württenberg and Bavaria are regions where most of Croats live and work in Germany.

Turkish flags are also something usual in Germany, of course... We are talking about most known "gastarbeiters" from Balkan(Croatia, BiH, Turkey, Albania). Greeks and Serbs are there, though.

But the only unique country on this world is Bosnia & Herzegovina! You'll see flags of Croatia, Serbia, Brasil, Argentina, Paraguay, Vatican, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, the black flag of islam...

3 nations(Croats, Serbs, Bosniaks) inside often provoke each other because of the latest war in the region where all three sides were included. Something more linked with nationalism of all three national corps. :D

Just curious, are names like Tony Parker and Manu Ginobili household names for you guys? They are quite famous for basketball players, I'm not sure how much that really means in certain parts of the world though

I uses to Watch NBA but now i only follow results because of the time difference

I am a LA Lakers fan but also very happy that San Antonio won it

I don't usually like Spurs, but I hate the HEAT so it's good that they won it.

My fav team is Dallas Mavericks because of Dirk Nowitzki 8)

Dirk is a truly fantastic player. Or was, he's a bit old now, but still. Legend

I am a Bulls fan as well, but there hasn't been much to get excited about these past 2 years :\

Sadly. I was really excited when DR came back, but that ended abruptly. For now I'm just hoping he can get back as soon as possible and have an injury-free season. When fit, he is one of the best players in the NBA.

I used to watch NBA until they allowed quicker, stronger and hiher jumping athletes an extra step. They all travel nowadays ....if this keeps up there will be no need for dribbling. Not only are players taking 2 steps but at times 3 steps
Statistics are like miniskirts . What they reveal is tantalizing, but what they hide is crucial.

My colleague (Italian supporter) just told me that in 1966 Spain were eliminated in the WC group stage, atletico won la liga and RM won the UCL! But I told him but England aren't going to win the WC 8)

Germany were in that final... :?
