Imagine being his teacher (not that he goes to school, probably). I would purposely assign the class loads of work and steal his staple every time.

Yeah, but it's fake. It's a made up character for twitter/instagram.

Now that there's no football for us for few days, I thought of starting a discussion on a question I saw on quora.com.

Which league is the most tactical?
And to that I'll add and ask to avoid "best, technical, rich, popular, competitive" reasoning.

I'll post the link later(gotta search) but I think if you're not registered you can read only one answer. However, I'll give you the general opinion.
Few EPL fans answered under an hour that it's the EPL. No reasons/explanations. One guy said look how it's competitive this year.

3 guys have favoured Serie A. Though I am not satisfied with the explanations. They talk about specific examples of how Milan beat Barca last year.
Only reasonable theory was the Italian style of play, that is disciplined defenses.

Let's get started.

PS: Mods, I couldn't find any Generic Football talk thread, hence discussing here.

I'd favour Serie A as well. They're just too ... crafty over there. And Serie A fans don't mind watching defensive-minded football either: they actually appreciate and like it.

Defensive-mindedness doesn't imply tactical supremacy any more than attack-mindedness does. The Italian league is more reactive, perhaps (as in the antithesis to proactive). Guardiola is one of the leading figures of proactive football, but noone would call him a poor tactician, now would they?

Guardiola is also an exceptional reactive coach, as proven by his substitutes regularly finding the back of the net and turning scores around.

Honestly, I can't see how EPL is tactical. The only surprising coaches I've seen that tried anything new is Brendan Rogers and Roberto Martinez. I think the most exciting games so far in EPL has involved Liverpool, the games against Everton, City, and Chelsea. Also, not the most technical league as we saw that players from Spain were able to shine when they transfer.

you can post anything here. you got an article that has something interesting to say, post it here. you have a video that is not funny but makes a point in some way, post it here. you have something to tell about an event that happened to you during the day, shout it here.
