Actually, the Earth's circumference is 40,075 kilometers. He was clocked at a top speed of 37.0 km/h. If he ran constantly in a straight line at that speed without stopping (e.g. to eat, drink, sleep or toilet), he would need 1083 hours, which is just over 45 days. Therefore, he could be back in Rio by the end of July 2014!
