Footballers Deal or No Deal

Saw this on a facebook page and thought it was an entertaining idea.
Rules:
- Pick any player and choose a transfer fee.
- Someone else says "Deal" if they would buy that player for that amount, or "No deal" if they won't.
- The player who chooses whether or not to make the deal must pick the next player and transfer fee. To make things interesting, we will allow users to keep the same player but change the transfer fee.
- Important: imagine your team needs strengthening in every position. Forget Bayern's squad, because in that case a lot of them will be "no deal"s.
I will start:
Zlatan Ibrahimovic - 40 million euros.

Why is everyone scared of getting a DEAL? All of these prices I've seen are inflated IMO.
