But if fuel and money is not a problem, may I propose a 2.0L, 200 hp, TSI VW Golf GTI :

Actually Money and Fuel are the main Things to consider (Especially Fuel as it is a bit too pricey here , and it will be our 3rd Car)

Ford Focus looks better , and most importantly performs Great in spite of being economical

I only have heard good things about this Car

My Best Friends Aunt bought a Ford Focus 2009 , and he said that it is economical yet the driving experience reminds one more of German Car (especially VW he said)

adding to the fuel reason
Volkswagen is Great , but i dont like the GOLF , VW Passat or Beetle are GREAT

If you care about efficiency, then you should consider more about Golf Bluemotion, as Passat or Beetle do not have such versions.
Take look at this article about the upcoming Golf bluemotion 2013:
http://www.hypermiler.co.uk/green-car-n ... tion-model

In some aspects it will be better than Prius ...

New car every 2.5 years? Nice :)

The first one was a wee runaround that I basically run into the ground.

The second was a purchase by my mum following her divorce as even though she couldn't drive needed access to a slightly bigger car on occasion.

3rd one was my own purchase for my job in Aberdeen. Had it for three years and was a death trap. It always stalled on the motorway at high speed. And at low speed. It was horrible.

My new one I got last year when I moved jobs. I've got this one on finance, so got it for at least four more years!

If you had such bad experience with Astra how come you choose another Opel and not something else?

I got a loyalty discount! I wasn't intending on going with another one? I also believe a few of the issues may have been self-inflicted!

I bought my Audi A6 Avant former company car with 204 PS. It's spacious, comfortable and has enough horsepower to drive on the left lane of the Autobahn. No eye catcher by any means but still I like it very much.

It looks like this just in black.

So, you need more than 200PS to drive there? :) I know that in most autobahns there is no speed limit.
What's the average speed you got to have to be there without casing an accident?

Bought my first bike. Of all the days, it had to rain today in the middle of May. While I was in the shop it was not raining. When I got out, started raining. It seems water seeped through my phone camera. :( I hope the bike lasts me for a while and I last further than the bike. :P If I don't come online anymore, that means... :(

Image

I thought I would find it harder to ride for the first time, but this bike is really comfortable and easy to ride. I read complaints about the seat but I find it comfortable.
