Wise decision, hopefully he will be ready to face BVB

Maybe he should miss that match, just in case. And the following match. And the one after that. Tell you what, if we reach the Champions League final maybe we should put him on for the last five minutes. Because, you know, we have soooo many options to replace him.

I didn't try to hide it :)

Also I don't like what Rummenigge said. If he could've played against Real Madrid, then he should have sat on the bench against Celtic and only come on if we were in a real need of a goal. Do we care more about the bragging rights regarding who we're playing against rather than the 3 points?

I am worried about Kalle's attitude... pure arrogance.

Seems like Hoeness is brushing off on him. Usually it's the latter who's arrogant.

"If we played the CL semifinals he might have travelled with the team" would've been a more diplomatic statement :)

Agreed. The way he said it shows he has an inferiority complex of Real Madrid whilst being disrespectful to Celtic at the same time.

When even Lewa complains there’s no possibility to sub him... Well done management!

Heynckes had to resort to playing a striker who last season scored 12 goals in 39 matches for VfL Osnabrück. The situation is really desperate.

However, we‘ll probably make it to Winterpause somehow - and Rummenigge actually seemed open to the idea today...

Can't see tweet? Click here!
Polish media saying that Lewy will not play against Uruguay as he is unwell and still suffering from muscular problems.

Hummels is also dealing with muscular problems according to the DFB, Müller is still out with a muscular injury and then we have Alaba and Boateng. That's five players out with muscular problems, two of them never had them before.

It might have something to do with Jupp increasing the training intensity while playing all three days, I've read somewhere this shouldn't be done normally, but it's not like Jupp has much of a choice given Carlo's legacy.

Or maybe they should look elsewhere for reasons. Muscular problems often have something to do with nutrition, and a professional performance management might also help.

Didn't Heynckes say we don't need a nutritionist?
