i am not sure if martinez will be ready for the second leg. his return as per transfermarkt is march 7th .he wont have any match to play prior to the second leg given that the last game we have before that match is against dortmund on the 5th and martinez was slowly reintroduced after the last injury. fingers crossed

If we get a good result at Juve we should be able to cope without him at home.
For a potential quarter final he'll definatly be back.

Will Bayern get rid of their injury problems thanks to Ancelotti's methods ?

Real Madrid have been plagued by fitness problems over the course of the season, with Sergio Ramos, Gareth Bale, Karim Benzema and Marcelo among those who have made repeated trips to the doctor's office.

And according to Ancelotti, the plague of problems is a sign of more serious issues within the club.

"The facts show that something is being done extremely badly," the Italian alleged to Sina Sports.

"Since the start of the season there have been 22 muscular injuries at Madrid. Make your own conclusions, but in a club like Madrid that situation does not seem normal."

Madrid's injuries are Pep's fault.

I am guessing that we will have two more defenders in the lineup vs Juve from the second leg! this will help us. javi should start on the bench...bring him on if we need him.

Only Badstuber, Boateng and Robben weren't able to train.
Benatia is also running again.

So you know how we took Dortmund's doctor lately. Last season, BVB had loads of injuries, as did we. This season, with Dortmund's doctor, we still had a lot of injuries (bit less but more or less the same). However, BVB, with their new doctor, currently only have Subotic out injured. I can't remember the last time *we* had only 1 player out.

The prevention doctor. I still don't understand why they hired him with Dortmund's track record of injuries. Mind you, not saying it's his fault but it's kind of strange hiring a doctor from a team with more injuries in previous seasons than us.

I think we were panicking TBH, our injuries have been better this season than the last two seasons but they're still there.

My predictions:

- Badstuber to be back in team training around 14th May. End of season for him if Bayern don't reach either final, and even so I doubt he'd be risked.
- Boateng is back in team training today and no date for his matchday squad comeback is set yet. I think he may sit on the bench in the 1st leg against Atletico (perhaps a late substitute) and then play around one half in the subsequent Bundesliga match.
- Robben's injury is mysterious but maybe he is ready for the 2nd leg against Atletico.

Bild : Boateng will be present against Atlético and the return of Robben is very possible too.
