I don't even know if he is really injured or not, but he seemed to have limped off the match.

Bring in Oliver Kahn!
We need that kind of mentality in our club, in the team...

Well it's sad that GoMiss should have injured to try something different in the starting XI when it was clearly that he was out of form...

Many people (including me) danced a bit when saw that he left injured :P

I wish good ( not quick) recovery to GOMISS because he is one of of us . However, I hope that by the time GOMISS recovers Klose will have asserted himself and thus imposes himself in LVG's starting lineup. LVG prefers Gomiss to Klose simply because he is younger and not because he is better than Klose

In every crisis there is opportunity. Gomez' crisis is Klose's opportunity and I believe he still can get the job done. A bi-product of him starting, and hopefully doing well, might be that Die Mannschaft's striker concerns will deminish.

yeah...
and a break might really do good to Gomez... I hope he finds his rhythm after coming back from injury...
Because he is not that bad kind of striker some people here think, really.

Gomez sucked badly lately

But also Klose is not giving LVG A Reason to bench Gomez

Too true and the Freiburg game didn't help Klose's cause either.

It seems Gomez is out with the flu

http://www.fcbayern.telekom.de/en/news/ ... /27083.php

It also says Klose is unlikely to start, meaning that we'll most likely see Muller playing as a lone striker. Itll be interesting to see how he performs in that position but losing gomez is a huge blow to us.

I think that Klose can play at least 45 minutes. But I would also like to see Muller as a lone striker :) I doubt he would do anything great but let's wait and see if anything happens

It seems that Gomez has a slight injury picked from the cup match against Stuttgart:
