Boateng is surprisingly already on his feet running and doing laps with the rehab coach.

Wow! I rather not rush him in since it was a muscular injury and those can be quite persistent, look at Robben if you dont know what i mean....

Wow, he's certainly speeding through the recovery process. Just hope that our he's (or our trainers) not pushing himself to fast. Getting an injured player back as soon as possible is a incredibly important thing, just remember the "soon as possible" part. Sorry about being somewhat negative with this, if he's just fast at recovering it's fantastic, just don't want to see him be put in after not fully recovering just to be re-injured #-o

Via Twitter, he says that he is sick in bed and won't train with the team today.

Hope he gets well soon. Poor timing for him when Heynckes is probably rotating this weekend.

Now the club is saying Boateng has shaken off his cold/flu(I'm pretty sure they meant cold) and will be fit and available for the Bremen match.

I think he'll play and will play against Dortmund on Wednesday.

He shook off his cold and gave it to me via some weird voodoo, I think. :(
