Boateng just said he felt perfect before the HSV match and doesn't know where the reports come from.

I'm just so happy to hear that! When was the last time we heard of an injured player from our team coming back earlier instead of the opposite? This is just great!

I hope you guys realize how important this is for us, especially if we beat Juventus! I'm just too hyped and happy!

I think it is actually impossible for him to start in a potential quarter final....
He'd start running in middle of march and it will probably take 2 more weeks till he can complete the full team training.
Pep will probably not take a risk as it seems we've learned from our mistakes.

Hoping we get past Juve and get Wolfsburg in the QF. We don't need Boateng for them so he can fully recover for a semi-final.

We can manage with Javi and Benatia against most opposition, but then again, if we lose in the CL the season is pretty much over anyway, so taking it slow with Jerome wouldn't be that important.

But what if we get past for example Atletico Madrid in the QF, but Boateng picks up an injury and we have to play Barca or Real in the semis?

Yes. What I mean is it's a risk/reward balancing act. If we go past Juve and get Wolfsburg or Atletico then we can do without him (against Atletico I would go as far as saying I would *prefer* Javi and Mehdi superior aerial abilities). Against Barça, PSG, Real I would prefer Boa.
