I can still remember watching him at Germany '06 and wishing that we would one day sign him...

I wanted his signature that year too...
Years later I hated him for the rumors that related him to RM and wanted him sold. :P

I think they wanted to sue us for keeping him against his will, that's why.

Yeah, I was so mad at him... but when you think of it, he was considered as Zidane's successor and RM wanted his successor. Ribery didn't mind to be compared to a legend like Zidane so he probably had nothing against a move there.

I don't know if I've ever seen a team this injury prone it's so disheartening.

Really excited about ribery's return...

Question?

If ribery is as good as he was in 2013, who gets dropped?

I would think ribery, costa, robben and muller would be the 4.

Lewandowski? Ribery can't be played as much as a regular. He's way to injury prone and if he get another big injury....well I see him hanging his boots up. Let him start a couple games but use him as a super sub, we have other, younger, healthier options at our disposal right now. Don't get me wrong, Ribery is huge for us and we need him back, but save him for big games where his experience counts.

The worst thing possible would all of us match chat regulars, watching the game and seeing him go down, it would be the end
I fricken love Ribery and miss him on the pitch!
