With the ages of Robbery it baffles me they sold Shaqiri before the most important part of the season because of a situation like this arising to Robbery.

We could really have used his width and directness the past month.

Hell no, I'm glad he's gone. I mean I like the guy but he's not meant for peps system, and his shots to space were frustrating as hell. Weiser has done very well as a backup winger recently.

I guess "risking everything" means throwing Fronck on the pitch under painkillers and hoping his career doesn't end right there at the Camp Nou.

Don't like it. :|

Pep was asked in today's presser can Ribéry run. His answer was: "Not yet." How in the hell do they think he'll be able to play at Camp Nou?

Unless it's all bluff and mind games.

We should have gotten Franck's successor in the summer. Poor planning on not doing it. The writing was on the wall regarding Franck's decay.

The only reason I thought it might be okay was Götze possibly succeeding on the LW, but that has obviously not panned out (at least yet).

That's sort of what I'm getting from all of this also. Why are we starting to do this to our players...I'm so not used to this.

This. ↑ And yet KHR keeps saying things like "the doctos are working night and day etc". This whole thing is weird.

In Lewa I believe but in Ribery no.
I remember what happen in the game against Porto in Allianz Everybody talk about Robben in, but Sammer and Guardiola always denied it

He hasn't been training normally for 2 months, so there are no mind games here, there's no way he's in good enough condition to play.

I don't actually understand what "the doctors are working day and night" even mean. How can they be working "day and night" on a recovering injury?

I don't think he'll play again this season. What's the point anyway, he needs at least two weeks of full conditioning training to be ready, let alone start to recover some form.
