I don't think that injuries are very important

If not, then i guess Ribery is in the baddest luck of his life!!!

According to the official site
http://www.fcbayern.t-com.de/en/news/ne ... /21865.php

"... requiring removal of the nails on both toes ... "

That must hurt a lot ... though I agree it's not serious injury...

Damn, that sounds nasty.

I just hope, it's not something that's gonna keep him off the pitch for the whole 6 days of training camp in Dubai. That would really be suboptimal, considering that he also missed the whole summer training camp due to injury. He needs to get some bonding going on with the rest of the squad, a world-class player is useless when he can't connect with his team-mates and just plays for/with himself so to speak.

I doubt it, Linky

Removing toes requires surgery, then after that the toes swell
After some days when the toes are back to normal size they're still sore as hell, cant play football with those.

I had to remove a toe nail (from a football match many years ago) and I was forced not to wear shoes for a week, but it was OK after 2-3 weeks (so I guess Ribery will be OK for 15th of January).

Pretty painful though...

Spox Reported taht Ribery started Training without ball today

adn this week he will train with the ball

and he will mostly paly vs Hoffenheim

however it says taht They Drilled his toes not Removed the nails
