I hope he starts. He's not very effective coming off the bench.

Tbh a small part of me thinks it'll be a blessing in disguise if he gets injured now. He won't miss a lot of games and we'll hit the panic button and sign a much needed winger.

I do agree with you, but I have a feeling Ancelotti is considering Muller as an optional winger in case needed.

Panic button transfer won't help us either... They **** up... They did a good job recently, but that doesn't mean we don't have the right to say it when it's true: they did the dumbest biggest **** imaginable...

Not sure what you're referring to. Alonso/Benatia were better than nothing considering the injuries we eventually had and Robben was a pretty good panic buy. :P

Robben was not a panic buy, but an opportubity suddenly opening up...
Neither Alonso, nor (especially not!) Benatia were real, good, long-time solutions... We're not getting class... We're letting players MADE for us go to shitty... And we'll have to find quality very very soon... Instead we're talking about renewing players that -yes!- are legends, but in all honesty are DONE!
No making a panic buy would barely help as it wouldn't erase neccessity to buy one quality player next year...

#12 - what if Bayern signed Brandt instead of Sane?

We're going off topic but unless I'm mistaken (or mistaking them for someone else?) we bought Alonso and Benatia after Martinez got injured. Robben was more like taking an opportunity, that's true, but our season was going pretty bad before we bought him iirc.

Franck Ribéry

Brandt is overhyped IMHO... Decent average player... Kinda like Bellarabi...

Brandt is also not very good in one on ones or crossing...

Maybe that's just because he plays for Neverkusen? ;) 8)

but you're right... the hype isn't the same for Brandt as it is for Sane.
