Pranjic should be our LB for now, he's been playing better than last year. If he starts to play terrible, than it's time to give Tymo a chance.

Either:

Badstuber---Tymo---Micho---Lahm

or

Lahm---Badstuber---Micho--Tymo

I just hope we don't see Micho+DVB again. #-o

How about giving Braafheid a chance at least? The guy played in the World Cup final and we are starting 2 players ahead of him:
one that is eligible to play for Germany and also the team that fared worse than New Zealand in the World Cup (and wasn't even called up in the squad of 23!)
and another that plays for a country that didn't even qualify for the World Cup.

Surely, Braafheid can't be so bad.

At this point it could do well ... he's rested, and did play in the WC... and if it doesn't work out, Pranjic is fired up to come in and take over.

Honestly, Braafheid minutes in the WC were just as much as Kroos if am not mistaken, and in that short period he managed to make a silly mistake. Though he did play in the WC, i wouldn't parade or credit him as a world cup player as he simply didn't get enough playing time to truly experience the WC.

Pranjic and Braafheid as left wing backs are practically identical, except pranjic has something to offer in the attacking end, but none are up to par as wing backs for Bayern. I wouldn't expect it, but putting Badstuber as the LB, Demi and Van Buyten as CBs with Lahm on the right, is a better option than anyone of those two; at the very least the CBs can showcase their desire to be in the starting line up.

DIEGO CONTENTO's injury is MINOR and not severe as expected

Doctor Mueller-Wohlfahrt said that he hopes that Contento begins walking this week

and that he only has an INDIRECT Groin fracture

Poor guy, did he suffer it in training or with FC Bayern II?

Is there any update on Contento, perhaps the time he needs to recover completely?

I'd most like for Contento to come back and give us perspective on the LB situation. I remember him being sufficient at least, no real quarrels with him. Gustavo though...

from official site
Next, it is also true for Diego Contento. The full-back had to last because of a stress fracture of the spine pause. On Tuesday he made the first time a few laps around the training ground.

i think 3-4 weeks more
