Seems like it. He forgot to mention Boateng, and now he's only lasted 19 minutes on the field...

I was playing soccer yesterday and I think I may have strained my Calf, I don't think I pulled it. I felt it cramping but still played through it, I finally had a really bad cramp and couldn't move my leg at all( oddly enough I was playing defense when it happened and somebody shot, my leg was up at the time and the ball went right beneath my leg and scored.....no joke). I streched it out a bit, and played a little more until it did the same thing. I went home and couldn't really sleep with it, now a day later its really sore and hurts when I walk, extend it, or put any weight on it.

Any ideas how I should take this injury? I never really had a serious muscle injury like this. Whats the normal treatment and length that I should stop playing?

I was driving and out of nowhere a bee came in from the window and deposited its thing in my arm:evil:
Luckily I was not far from home and on my way I had to stop in a pharmacy. Strange enough even if I thought that it flew away while speaking to the pharmacist I noticed that it was still with me!
I flicked it to the floor and made sure to flatten it.
Hopefully it does not get worse...
It might have saw my bayern scarf...

I've just had varicose veins surgery. Yes, like the old ladies :x Being tall and doing a lot of sport doesn't help

It's painful and I won't be able to run or play football for the next 2 weeks :x
