Robben had to go out on the 26th minute in the Netherlands vs Island match. Didn't look in pain or anything, but he was the one requesting the change and the Dutch were pretty much depending on him for every attacking move, so I don't think they would have taken him out if it were nothing..

Robben shouldn't have played ... He has barely had a couple of matches with us after his injury and was already thrown directly into a must-win game.. **** the international break...

This is why we invested in Costa and Coman, having a fit Robbery belongs to the past. :coffee:

Well... Coman is a big talent but he just can't be expected to be as reliable as Robbery at 19. We're going to have it tough to keep up with Dortmund in the BuLi and with Wolfsburg in the Pokal if Robben doesn't come back soon.

In fact, I think Götze is going to have to play RW in any important matches we may have.

seeing robbens name on the forum prompted.me that he's injured again.
and I was right here we go again. hopefully coman and gotze can step in the right wing especially coman coz am getting tired of robbens injuries.

Robben was in the bench after the injury, and latter saw him walking around, so I hope it wasn't so bad.

Well I got completely the wrong idea. I turned over to the Netherlands game (as England were getting hammered in the cricket) and the commentators mentioned the Netherlands being down to ten men while focusing in on Robben sat on the bench. I thought it was him that had been sent off. I now realise how ridiculous that assumption was was as he wouldn't have been allowed on the bench had he been sent off! And of course I should really have figured out that he was injured straight away with his record :(
