It is still uncertain whether he is to start the match or return as a sub at some point in the second half.
It might be advisable for him not to start as Kroos is playing pretty well.
Schau ma mal.

As mentioned elsewhere 20-30 minutes of Arjen Robbens energy and class could make the difference against Manchester'City. The Dutchman wasn't in particularly good shape at the beginning of the season so I'd definitely prefer to sub him.

Really?? The only off game he had was against galdbach & everyone had a bad game.

He was absolutely amazing against hamburg & very good against Zurich as well,so form is not a problem I guess.

I don't think he should start tomorrow, but if he's filling well he should play 20-30 minutes to get a little match practice before City.

Kroos is playing well (not to mention he played for Leverkusen), and we don't want to risk Robben getting another injury.

Uh oh! Robben, who is currently training with the Dutch national team, had to break from training today, again due to the pubic bone inflammation. There are now concerns that this is a chronic issue and even rest may not help.

I truly hope for a miracle complete recovery for him!

Looks like those who said that he'd be out for as long as Holger was were right... :(

Back to the carbonite freezing chamber...

On the other hand... this is good, right? At least he won't injure himself more.

Yeah, I was pretty happy to hear that. Both times he's "returned" for us he's taken a new knock. No point in wasting those precious 10 mins of play on the NT! :P

Well, he is sure as hell not going to be around for the next matches... Is it me or is this simply just unbearable.

Robben OUT, again, for the next month or so.

It's getting annoying and the winter transfer window must be used to remedy this, yes.

Any doctors in the house? German speaking preferably? Might help translating and then explaining WTF is a 'weiche leiste' aka 'soft bar.'

He had to undergo a groin surgery. He should be back in training in around 10 days, but probably the match against Napoli will be too early for him.
