Just when Robben seemed to be coming back. I hope Ribéry holds up so one out of the two of Robbery is doable -- Müller does well on the right or even Alaba.

I had a similar injury last year and I couldn't play football painless from June to October. :| But I was stupid and tried to play football even though I was injured so that's why it taked so long to recover

I don't think he will be back before November/December TBH

From a more recent article:

"Tuesday, Robben (groin) reported to sports rehab specialist Thomas Wilhelmi and focused on stamina-building exercise."

So it doesn't look like he is is running yet, just straight rehabilitation and stamina/endurance building exercises.

According to goal.com, Robben is set to miss the Villareal match and could even be sidelined for as long as four weeks.

Ugh, if even we could call him being out for a month or longer, then surely the board could've (and made the appropriate decisions in their transfer policy). Sure, our depth is good enough against Freiburg, but Leverkusen and City... I'd rather not test Kroos in those games.

But oh well, what's done is done.

Robben must play against City, if he has to miss every match for the next 12 days then so be it.
