2 national team games in a row when the opponent goal attacks started when Götze lost the ball.

Well then there's that, would blame everyone for that goal. Still I'm really hopeful about this defense.

If ever there was a game for Klose this is it. Get him out of retirement quick!

That was a pretty bad miss by Neuer tbh.... If he comes out, he should have the ball, but he wasnt even near it with his fist...

Anyway, if Germany loses this, its their own damn fault. How manu chances do you need? They should have knocked them down in the first half already, just wasting chance after chance pfff.. Defense is looking good, but if you dont score you cant win either :P

From what I'm reading it sounds like Szczesny is having the game of his life though...

Durm is absolutely GARBAGE! Germany need fullbacks, and to stop shooting on goal like ladies.
Disappointing and embarrassing Germany.

I wouldn't say that, not many big saves, just poor finishing from Germany.
It's as bad as it gets, bad finishing with Poland scoring 2 from basically the only 2 opportunities they had.

Meh he just lacks experience. I don't understand why Löw pulled off Rüdiger instead of him. It would have been better to keep playing with 3 CBs anyway.

I don't think anyone was bad in particular, from this many chances Germany should have scored 3.

Bellarabi had a very good debut IMO.

Poland defended well and were lucky. Congrats Borusse!

This can be tricky... Next up is Ireland.. Lose that and you get in a lot of problems. Against Scotland it was bad already, today it was stupidity by not scoring one of the 103031 chances. Ireland fights even harder.

Well this makes things sketchy. Can we threaten Lahm and Klose into comebacks like Platini tried to do with Ribery?

Well Poland were very effecient. 2 goals from 2 shots on target whereas Germany wasted quite a few chances. As envagyokazapd said most of the shots were weak and straight at Szczęsny .

I wouldn't be too worried, the team itself didn't look bad at all. It's really just the finishing that could improve, but unluckily for Germany it was Bellarabi constantly with the chances, and he just looked a little nervous - it's his first game in the NT after all.

The defensive set up looks good, though it's worrying a little that Durm is shaky in defense, while Rüdiger is solid, but has nothing to offer in offense. Perhaps with another good CB Boateng could play RB - with this deeper defensive line he was less involved in the game and looked kind of bored at times, I feel that with this line up his skills could be utilized better that way.

Kramer is great, and Kroos also looked better this time.
The lack of strikers doesn't seem to do much good to Müller's game though...a real CF would help.

Götze seems to be constatly improving, so that's also good.

As for Bayern, a terrible game, physical and incredibly exhausting for the players, and in the end they walked away with absolutely nothing.

Watching the highlights and I think that the action that started their 1st goal was a foul on Götze which the referee should have whistled.

YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS! :D

We just scored from the chances we got, Germany had like 10 more than we had but their finishing was very poor. Great result, first win for Poland against Germany in history. :D
