Ozil will be marked out of the game as a CAM.. we need to play a 4-2-2-2 with gomez and klose/muller/reus up front..muller/reus/gotze and ozil/poldi/Schurrle dragging van bommel and de jong out of position or if they zonal mark, the wide men can play as advanced midfielders cutting inside and dropping into holes..even full-backs will come into the game then.

Defensively, Sneijder-van persie combos were near-deadly against the danes.. sneijder's movement is sublime and his vision is crystal..he created a chance for RVP with a Pirloesque pass from the deep, any other day it would be in.. Khedira needs to mark him out, even if he is dragged out of position, Netherlands dont have enough plays to exploit the space.

I agree 100% but as I mentioned it is very unlikely that we'll play with two strikers, even though Loew has tried it in the past. He also hinted that Klose might play but I don't think he ever said that he might drop Gomez, even though everyone is assuming that's what he meant.

I don't know if he will do it but he should

Is there any serious source making prediction on our lineup today? I can't remember what source predicted Gomez and Hummels starting ahead of Klose and Mertesacker in the last game.

Bild Predicted that
but TZ said that they received exclusive information that hummels was going to start
and before both..Hans Watzke who is the Director of BVB said that Hummels will start the game 100%

Probably we'll see them as subs.

A draw would be perfect..if you have a soft corner for danes that is...
Dutch will defo attack, we need to break up the play at Van Bommel/de jong and hit them running.
only we know that trobben doesnt need to be double marked though

I just thought that if we lose 2-3 will make all teams have 3 points and 3-3 goal difference. What a group !

Ozil will face a very tough task. Hopefully Schweini, Muller and Poldi will support him more than they did against Portugal, but Schweini must not go forward too much. His main job today will be stopping Sneijder and Robben together with Khedira.
