I think Reus should be a starter. The reason is that Germany needs someone with his pace and his speed to break into defenses and score. With Kroos, Özil and Götze we have 3 very good passers but no real threat for the opponent.

That's the same case with Bayern. We need Robben and Ribery to convert our possesion into goal chances. Without them the team is just boring

Exactly
we have great counter attack initiators , but actually no one who can do the counter attack

it is like having a Brilliant Director with a strong story but no actors !!!

I have a similar observation. Out of the three attacking mids, only Goetze is a goal threat. It's not so much a matter of pace, though, both Goetze and Ozil have good pace, but we need better finishers/poachers/wingers in our attacking mid. Either Muller, Schurrle, or Reus, will likely replace either Goetze or Ozil coming into the WC is what I think is gonna happen.

Ozil will most likely lost his starter spot if his form continues to slip. But then again, he belongs to JLo's favorites.

...and he is in for Klose, which is where I see him playing now after the awesome hat-trick he scored over the weekend.

Surprising. I thought it would be almost impossible to get past, although it might lack a bit on the offensive side.

I'm sure Pep will be taking notes. I believe that for Bayern, it'll either be Lahm back to RB, or Lahm as permanent CM and Schweini fighting for his place with Kroos and Thiago, in which case we could have a trio like the one playing right now.

Nice to see Schurrle playing as a ST. I think it'll have to be either him or Muller for the WC, unless Gomez has a great 3 months leading up to the tournament.
