Greece will win. That's for sure. Our U21 teams are always great. Our senior team has always problems. 8)

Yes. That's another indication of how bad youth system works in Greece as they let go - or don't give enough chances to talented youngsters so they go abroad (Kyriakos Papadopoulos among others comes in mind) or just stay in bench for ever, while they usually buy too many B-class foreigners instead of develop those young talents to great players.

There are some exceptions (especially in some smaller teams) but this general rule is -among others- one of the things I dislike watching football in Greece.

Fancy a bet? I say Germany will own Greece, despite many eligible players playing with the senior team.

Germany already beat Greece 5-4 in Greece.

So this generation will not have too great defenders for both countries...

You are absolutely right. Our talents are talents until they are 25 years old and they stay on the bench.
I believe they should go to a European team to have more chances like Papadopoulos who was considered a flop in Greece.
Fetfatzidis is one more talent that is being destroyed here because of B-class foreigners who must be transfered to greek teams so that managers earn money. 8)
I don't watch greek football too. There is no reason.

Beside that, Greece U21 will win Germany.

This is the current U21 team: http://www.dfb.de/index.php?id=500109&no_cache=1
But if Contento recovers, which he should by this time, then he'd be a maybe.

I dont like Greece Football or their Park the Bus attitude. Pretty horrible really but Greece have a lot of Great Defensers. Papadopolous is Absolutely Fantastic for his age. Could be a Great World Famous SC one day. Him & Howedes make a great combo.

Looking at the German team. Great Goal-keeps & Midfielders for U-21 Team but No exceptional Defenders or Strikers at the moment. By observation.

He is out injured until April with a broken collarbone, similar to Schweinsteiger's injury.
