Although, there is always a last minute injury and coaches always surprise with one last minute inclusion-exclusion. Khedira most likely will not see the field in the group stage, maybe only as a sub later in some games but if gets into some rhythm he might be ready for the KO stage.

How unlucky Gomez can get! he left us to have more playing time and he ended like that.

Honestly, HSV players can't be part of Germany team in Brazil. I would risk with Durm just because the guy is right footed left-back who can also perfectly play as a right-back. One option more you get in case that something happens to Lahm. I know that experience play significant role, but on WC 2010 Badstuber, Müller, Özil, Neuer, Boateng etc. didn't have 30-40 caps together, but they played great.

As you can see from my personal view, Großkreutz isn't part of NT.

Can't see Volland being left out of this one, going up with one striker who (despite his record) is 36 is not exactly the best idea.

Unless he plans to utilise either Reus as a striker or Mario Goetze/Andre Schuerrle ala 'falsch nein'
