Here's my lineup:

If Schweinsteiger's not fit I'd go with this...

Gomez could have been very important since France struggle big time in the air... he is definitely out http://www.dfb.de/news/detail/gomez-khe ... ft-149405/
I don't think that Basti is able to start from the start... I am [-o< for Khedira cause he knows P.Pogba well being his tm mate at juve.

therefore my starting 11 would be this...

or Schurrle for Sane

U l-Kotra għanniet f’daqqa – u semmgħet ma’ l-irjieħ
L-Innu ta’ Malta tagħna, – u l-leħen kien rebbieħ,

Due to injuries in the German squad, for the first time this tournament Germany are not the bookmaker favourites to qualify for the final; this despite being favourites to win the tournament.

Is the Gomez injury related to when the Italian player came in with his leg into his back ? Are the reports about hamstring correct ?

I genuinely think the injury situation is being overstated. Apart from Gomez, there are very capable replacements.

Yeah in my opinion that was nowhere near a YC. The friend I was watching with thought it was though.

Eder said there was no contact. Anyway the YC against Slovakia was BS.

Nicola Rizzoli... Germany won the WC and Bayern the CL with him... better than a Spanish referee, 100%.

Experience doesn't mean anything sometimes... that's the same excuse that left Sanches on the bench for Portugal.
Weigl and Chan, both had great seasons... I'd use Chan... he made extra efforts to recover and be called up for Germany... they could use his tenacity and stamina.
