Good lineup but I think Gomez should play at least one half. We don't want to bench him and ruin his confidence now.

Germany has the occasion to fix an historical upset from 1992 in this game. Here is my preview from FC Bayern Central.

if Germany is going to win the EURO the attacking mids need to explode into form, otherwise forget about it. Two games and not a goal or assist from any of the attacking midfielders is worrisome. If we are to beat Spain everyone has to be 100% and I'm not seeing that yet. Especially Ozil, who hasn't been bad, but he needs to be at his best, like the last few games for Madrid. Loew needs to realize this in the Denmark game and ring the changes if necessary, cause after that game it's do or die.

Its is worrisome but unlike prev. years Loew have quality players to replace these AM. I am really excited to see one of Reuss/Goetze/Schruelle starting against Denmark!

As for Ozil he is as good as ever but unlike 2010 WC every team we play against have its defensive plan is based on cutting him off! and somehow when the time reaches 70 mins he stops being Ozil! Also, I think Loew should not replace him by Kroos since he fits the CM better so may be this game he'll try Goetze instead and give Kroos a chance in the Midfield

Özil has been playing superbly. In fact his and Müller's movement are the reason Schweini got two assists v Holland - Özil moves out to combine with Müller, either van Bommel or De Jong follow, the remaining midfielder is left alone and can't cover enough space.

He's a team player and is useful even if he doesn't have the statistics to prove it. He and Müller are the complete opposites of Podolski in that regard (whose contribution usually comes in the form of goals and little more, so when that source dries up, we're left with a crappy fullback wannabe).
The ideal team

--------Müller with gloves--------
-Müller--Müller--Müller--Müller--
-------Müller---------Müller-------
----Müller----Müller----Müller----
---------------Müller---------------

Schweinsteiger has promised to van Bommel that they will do their best to defeat Denmark, and than it's up to Holland to beat Portugal.

Lars + Mueller combo is interesting !

Btw other than Schrule, can Reuss play in Podolski's position ?

or he plays only on the right ?

:o shocking thing to say. But if he has impressed at RB then I'm sure Löw knows better than any of us.
Jesus saves, but Kahn does it better ;)

Well we can safely say that this year's squad is much better than the World Cup squad. When your #9 is Kiessling, you know there's a problem!
