Just like with players, an extension doesn't always do much to guarantee the player/coach will stay....many times it simply ends up fetching a higher fee for the selling club. If he has any desire to come to Bayern I'm sure he was smart enough to insert some sort of release clause into his contract deal. I certainly don't think it kills the possibility of him joining in a year or two.

Hoffenheim signed Nordtveit? I wonder if he's still decent after a year in a England, and if he can replace Rudy. And for the player how well this will work out considering he gets a chance to play in the Champions League.

Will be interesting to see how this Hoffenheim team under Nagelsmann is gonna shake out this year in a new environment and with the personnel changes.

l'm with him. They don't stand any chance vs Pool, since they didn't go for quality after losing key players. They should have improved their squad quality.
yet they are even weaker than last season.
